Shipping options

After you pay for your invoice or plan, we'll send you our address along with your receipt.

Create a shipping label with the shipping service of your choice.

We always recommend to send us its tracking number. This will help us follow along the journey of your products and make sure everything will reach us in time.

Important notes:

• Please note that Design Infinity is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages and products prior to receiving them in our studio or for packages and products once they have left our studio. The product is only considered "delivered" when you receive a delivery confirmation email from the Design Infinity Team.

• Make sure all the items have been included in the shipping package. Once we receive the items, we review the total number of images and the condition of the items. Photos of all the items that were not included in the original shipping would be included in a separate invoice.
