♾️How do the unlimited revisions work?

Once a request is completed, you'll see a "waiting for approval" tag in the "active requests" list on your Trello board. If you're not happy with a design or photoshoot, you just simply provide feedback via the same card. This can be a simple comment, or you can record a video and explain everything there.

Most small revisions are completed on the same day. However, in some rare cases where we must take a fresh approach to the request, it might take longer.

Please note that we’ll only move on to your next request in your queue once a revision is completed.
