Are there any contacts to use your service?

If you work with us project-based, we'll send over a contract for you that details every detail of the work to be done and payment terms and cancellations.

For our unlimited plans, however, there are no contracts or minimum commitments to use our service. You can cancel and re-subscribe at any time. Even better, you can pause/resume your membership at any time you please as well!

This way, you'll still have access to your Trello board where you'll have access to your completed requests. We understand that you might not need new requests every single month.
